Non-response to email, call, or WhatsApp for more than seven (7) days will lead to cancellation of the order, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
The refund is subject to approval by the consultant. In the event of any disputes between the client and the consultant, Enterworld will not be held liable, and such disputes will be considered individual matters.
You acknowledge and agree that prior to purchasing services from our website, you have fully understood the applicable government fees, compliance requirements, necessary documents, and any additional infrastructure, facilities, or premises needed to secure relevant licenses, registrations, certifications, or government approvals/clearances. You are required to provide all requested documents and information necessary for obtaining such licenses or approvals as directed by our network of professionals. If you are unable to provide this information within 15 days, the services you have engaged will be deemed completed, and you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
No refunds will be issued if our network of professionals is unable to deliver the service due to changes in law and you do not meet the revised regulatory requirements set by the government.
If you have provided all relevant documents and facilities, but our network of professionals lacks the experience to deliver the service or refuses to work on your assignment, we may reassign the service to other professionals within our network. However, if no professionals are available to provide the services within a cooling period of 30 days, you may request a refund via email at [email protected].
No refund if the delay arises from the end of the regulators or government departments. Therefore, any delay in the end of regulatory authorities shall not be considered a delay from the consultant's end. However, the consultant shall provide the right legal advice as and when required.
No refund requests will be accepted in the event of an application rejection by government authorities, as this is beyond the control of our professionals; if a client chooses to reapply after such rejection, they must pay 70% of the professional fees, 100% of the government fees, and any additional miscellaneous fees.
We are not responsible for any penalties or fees imposed by government authorities; therefore, you are solely responsible for these charges.
By purchasing services from our website, you confirm that you are not acting as an agent, middleman, or unregistered legal professional in any capacity. You understand that Enterworld is a consultancy platform dedicated to assisting businesses in meeting their regulatory and compliance needs.
If any service order is received from a middleman or unregistered professional outside of Enterworld, such orders will be considered cancelled and in violation of our platform principles. No refund will be issued for these cancelled orders.
No refund shall be entertained when necessary, documents for delivering the service have been shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
Enterworld shall not be considered in violation of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service and shall not be liable to the client for any natural calamity, natural disaster, or act of God that is beyond its reasonable control, whether foreseeable or unforeseen.
A professional from our network will be assigned to the service for which you have made payment within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.
When you make a payment, we shall assume that you have complete knowledge and understanding of your service requirement and the documents required for obtaining such registration, licenses, or approval.
The documents requested by the professionals or government agencies shall be deemed final, and you agree to provide them as and when required.
In the event of any dispute between the parties, the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and resolve the matter.
